All of these collars are made with a plastic clip for ease of use and welded D-ring to prevent separation. The inner material is 1 inch wide seat belt strapping with a breaking strength of 3000 lbs. 100% nylon thread rated for outdoor use so if your dog gets it wet the strength is still there. I have found the metal clips are too difficult to get off. Machine wash in warm water and dry flat.

Small size will fit a neck size of 13 - 17.5 inches.

Medium size will fit a neck size of 14 - 20 inches.

Large size will fit a neck size of 18 - 26 inches
